STEP 2: Complete Paper Application and Send to Melissa.  Applications can be scanned and emailed, faxed or sent via picture attachments.

  • Drivers in San Antonio MUST complete their own application in their own handwriting.
  • All other locations prefer that the recruiter completes the application.

 STEP 3:  Melissa will send the application to Core-Mark and request face to face interview.

Once interview time is confirmed Melissa will send confirmation to driver and CC Recruiter.

Please ensure driver brings hard copy of application.

STEP 4:  Driver interviews.  If Core-Mark decides to move forward, usually the road test is done after the interview.

Core-Mark will send driver for a UA and Physical.

Core-Mark will run MVR and BG Reports

Core-Mark will schedule Orientation when they receive ALL CLEAR.

Follow Up
Keep in contact with your driver.  Once approved, Core-Mark normally stays in touch with the driver.  However, we need to keep up with the driver as well.

Minimum ExperienceAt least 6 months verifiable, Class A, experience in the past 3 years .

Shuttle drivers need doubles experience and a T endorsement.

* Will consider any Class A experience but ROUTE experience preferred!
  * Looking for professional Drivers with a good attitude and great communication skills
* Drivers MUST be physical capable of hand delivering freight going up and down a ramp

Orientation is usually held at the location of the main terminal of each division.
